Taylor & Peter are two of the most genuine souls. They got married at the home church in Farmington Hills and had their reception at the laid back but oh so cool, 5th of Novi. I love this venue! The rooftop access is a perfect touch for a June wedding.

Carissa & Jake // Late Summer wedding in Charlevoix, Michigan
Carissa & Jake had the most beautiful wedding day in Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Levering Michigan. The day started at a gorgeous farm where they all got ready. We then drove an hour north to some state land in Levering that was beautiful and incredibly secluded. The ceremony spot was right in a beautiful pine forest. After the ceremony, the bridal party headed to downtown Petoskey for a few photos. Then it was back to the farm for a serene reception as the sun went down behind them. Enjoy just a few of my favorite moments from the day!

Brooklyn & Patrick // Boyne Mountain Resort, Northern Michigan Wedding
Brooklyn & Patrick got married in northern Michigan at the Boyne Mountain Resort in early June. Even though it was a rainy day, we took advantage of the moody but even light and made some magic! They didn’t let a little rain ruin their day, and you don’t have to either. As far as photos go, embrace the rain and make it a memory. Brooklyn was also pregnant at their wedding, and you would never know! Since the wedding, their beautiful baby boy was born and they are living their best life. Enjoy some moments from their day!

Jenny Lake
Jenny Lake is an incredibly popular spot in Grand Teton National Park, and for good reason. The views are incredible. The further you go around the lake trail, the less people you will see. For these photos, we met at the Jenny Lake visitor center and took the main trailhead to the lake.
2. Teton Glacier Turnout
This spot is right off of Teton Park Rd. It’s super accessible and has it’s own parking lot. I love this spot because every time that I have been here, there has been NO ONE else there! Keep in mind this road is closed from November to May.
3. Jackson Lake
This is my absolute favorite spot in the park. They have kayak and canoe rentals that you can take out onto the lake and it is a must do either for photos or just for fun after.
4. Schwabacher Landing
This spot has it all. It not only has a stunning viewpoint of the Tetons, but it is also located right on the Snake river which gives this spot a variety of different scenery.
5. Mormon Row
This location is so grand. Your mouth will drop at the vastness of this area. Easily accessible off of Antelope flats Rd (closed from November-May). If you’re headed south on 191, you’ll turn left just after Blacktail Ponds Overlook. Even if you aren’t into the historical buildings, this is a BEAUTIFUL wide open area amazing for frolicking :)
6. Taggart Lake
If you don’t mind hiking a bit, Taggart Lake will not disappoint. It is a 3.3 mile roundtrip out and back hike with only 300 feet of elevation gain. To get here, take Teton Park Rd north past Beaver Creek Rd. The trailhead is located just west of Cottonwood Creek.

Intimate Wedding at Packard Proving Grounds // Detroit, Mi
Alex & Patrick had an intimate ceremony at Trinity Lutheran Church in Clinton Township.
We then headed to Packard Proving Grounds for their couple’s photos. I loved playing with flash inside with all of the beautiful antique cars! This property is so gorgeous and I can’t wait to shoot there again!
Lastly, we ended at Alex’s family home where they celebrated their marriage with their closest friends and family. We even got to Facetime in some siblings that were unable to fly in at the time because of covid. Patrick also wrote the most beautiful song for Alex, and their first dance was so killer! They had a choreographed, folk style dance. It was so fun to watch them do their thing!!

Fall Wedding at Hidden Creek Farms // Charlotte, Mi
Megan & Lane got married at Hidden Creek Farms in my hometown of Charlotte, Michigan. I love traveling for weddings, but it’s also nice to have a few right next door!
Megan & Lane both got ready right at the venue, which had a beautiful bridal suite and a “tiny house” building for the guys.
They were surrounded by their two daughters, and all of their family and friends! They knew how to party and I had such a wonderful time hanging out with them and their bridal party. Can Jack Daniel’s please make more cameo’s in my photos???

Backyard fall wedding // Hudson, Mi
Jessica & Devyn got married at Jessica’s family property in Hudson, Mi.
They rented a huge tent, decorated it so perfectly, and were surrounded by all their family and friends. You would have never known we were right at their house!
They had a popcorn bar which was my personal favorite moment :)
